A Baby to be Blessed

We took a little trip to Utah.

Last winter.  Christmas time really.  These photos were lost on some drive somewhere and just recently appeared on my computer.  And I love them so I wanted to share.

While there we went to Scheels and rode on the Farris wheel.  Well, Isaac and I did.  Everyone else was either too small or too chicken.  Good times.

And then we really did take a recent trip to Utah too.  We went for Diana's baby's blessing.  It was a really good, but short trip.

Ben played a few games of hide and seek with his blanket.

And so did Isaac.

And we took a few selfies on the way.  Man that drive through Wyoming gets long!  Jacob is good to drive most of the way, he drove the whole way home in fact, and this was my little stretch at the wheel on the way there.

Most of the fam in this photo, but Jacob was taking the picture... so, no Jacob.  And of course no Shannon and her family or MaryAnn and her family.  Would have been fun to have everyone there!

Such a cute little family.  I sort of wanted to bring Brinton home with us.  He is a hoot.  He and Isaac are two peas in pod in a lot of ways.  They could cause some serious mischief together.  And sweet Emma is just pleasant and adorable.  I'd bring her home too, aside from the feeding her at night.  I'm good with my sleep.

After the blessing we took the boys to the Provo temple.  We also drove by the new Provo city center temple.  The boys enjoyed the fountains immensely.

I sort of love these pictures even if they are a little weird.

Oh Ben.  So handsome.  And oh so cranky every time we put him in his car seat these days.  Doesn't help that he was a little sick too.  But he sure is adorable.  I love my Ben.

I also really love my Jacob and my Isaac too.  Cute little fam we have.

Isaac and Ben both loved playing with their cousins and being outside at Grandma and Grandpa's house.

Monday we went to the new museum at Thanksgiving Point.  That was a really good time.  That museum is super cool.  I guess we wore these boys out though.  Isaac laid down on the cement and said he was too tired to continue walking to the car.  And Ben follows in suit as he so often does these days.  Slightly ridiculous to be sure, and also slightly funny.

We could have spent all day climbing the ropes course.  The boys loved it!

I love this action shot of Ben even if it is a little blurry.  He is always on the move!

Those ropes were a work out for this out of shape mama!

Trying on some of the native garb.

This piano was really cool.  The keys made bubbles.  Ben loved it.

I'd take one of these water tables for my house.  Such contained play but so fun.  Maybe I can build something like that in my basement.

Brinton and Isaac were sharing this tiny little screen to watch Bob the Builder.  Pretty cute.

We had a good visit and wish it was just a little longer.
