First day back to church.
First smiles (at least first one captured on camera)
These boys love watching shows together. I just thought they were cute all cuddled up on the same chair.
A visit from Aunt Sarah and her kids and the first photo of all the FoCo girl cousins.
First day of preschool.
Isaac was adorable. He wanted to hold my hand the whole walk to the preschool. As we started off he said to me "Mom, my lungs feel like they can't breath." I asked if he was feeling nervous. He told me he was. I asked what specifically he was nervous about. He told me he was nervous about making friends. In my head I laughed a little. Of all the things to be nervous about. I quickly explained that I didn't think that would be a problem for him at all. I told him how he easily makes new friends every time we go to the park and I assured him making friends was one of his talents. He said "oh, yeah" like it was dawning on him that I was right. I then also told him he didn't have to make friends the first day and reassured him that he had many days to learn names and make friends. He expressed concern that he wanted to learn his new friends addresses so he could go play. Again, I told him it would take some time to make friends well enough that we would go play at their house. Funny kid.
When I picked him up he was all smiles. I told him to tell me all about it and his response was "It was fantastic!" He loved playing and making this fun duck. When you pulled the string it made a quacking sound. Needless to say we are all loving Isaac going to preschool. Ben and I enjoy having some time together to do "mommy and Ben preschool."
