Never Too Young

In our house we have a philosophy that it's never to early to learn responsibility. So Isaac has been handed some light duties around the house.

1. Sweeping.
2. Cleaning his high chair.

3. Washing windows.

In actuality Isaac has seen me doing these chores and really likes to mimic me. I was cleaning his handprints off the windows last night and had given Isaac a paper towel. When I returned from setting the cleaning supplies down Jacob and I found him on the chair (they are there to prevent him pulling up the heating vents...) wiping the window with his paper towel.

Same story with the broom and the high chair. He thinks it's great fun to help out. He LOVES the broom and really makes it impossible to sweep with him around.

He's a cute little helper though!

Fun times. Too bad they don't stay excited about the chores. Boo Hoo.
