Yes, you should totally start running again. It's great especially if you have goals like races. You should find a 5K near up next month or April and sign up and that'll get you going. That would be have been fun to do some together. Too bad you had to go on and move to CO and find the man of your dreams and then stay there! Darn you Sandy! :) Just jokin. I LOVE CO. Maybe I'll move there someday.
